Br. Ravi Teja Madanu has obtained a 4 year Student Visa to study at University of St. Joseph, Macau. Fr. Michael Augustine SCJ had a canonical visit at DPN Community, Gorantla and also visited our SCJ Retreat Centre and had personal talks with our confreres. Fr. Michael Augustine SCJ visited Srisaila Mary Matha Mission Parish in Kurnool Diocese along with our confreres (Fr. Moses Sayala, Fr. Moses Tanagala & Fr. Rajesh).

At Srisailam, installed the newly elected Parish Council during the Eucharist and with a special prayer of the Holy Spirit by our confreres. We also Inaugurated the Lay Dehonian Movement at Srisailam Mission Parish as 40 faithful received the Dehonian Crosses after a month-long preparation by Fr. Syam regarding the Dehonian Family. Now he will follow up with monthly inputs on Dehonian Spirituality.

At Srisailam, as part of the preparation for the Silver Jubilee of this Mission (2000-2025), Fr. Syam has undertaken the project to complete the Community Hall with the help of the Lay faithful of the Parish. Monthly Lay Dehonian Gathering was held at Divine Mercy Home, Velim animated by Fr. Wency; inputs were given on God’s call; they have also had Eucharistic celebration followed by Holy Hour; the day ended with the monthly birthday celebrations and the fellowship meal.

Fr. Balraj Sampathi animated the lay faithful and the religious on the theme of the Jubilee in Hyderabad organized by CSA Sisters. Fr. Eduardo, our missionary in ICA (International Community of Asia) from Macau, visits our Sacred Heart Mission Parish at Kundra, Jeypore, Odisha from 29 September till 07 October.

The blessing and inauguration of Dehon Ashram (Spiritual Renewal Centre) at Arthunkal will be held on Saturday, @ 11 am on 29 November. It will be officiated by Most Rev. James Anaparambil, the Bishop of Alleppey Diocese. The finishing touches will be given in the remaining 2 months.
