Fr. Michael Benedict is appointed as the Spiritual Director for the Society of Vincent de Paul in the Diocese of Punalur; he is to motivate the members of the Society to work for the welfare of the people of God through his spiritual animation and guidance.

Fr. Sunil Roman began the Formation Program for the Lay Dehonians, preparing the Lay faithful at Dehon Bhavan Spiritual Renewal Centre, Kumbalanghi, to initiate them into Dehonian Family as Lay Dehonians. It began with Adoration, followed by the introductory part of Spiritual Path: Lay Dehonians with Fr. Dehon in the 21st Century.

Fr. Christy Peter is invited by the South African Province (Fr. Sanil, the Novice Master) to guide their Novices through 1 month Retreat. He will travel for this purpose from 23 October till 04 December 2025. His trip is sponsored by the SCJ Novitiate Community in South Africa. The DVS community (philosophers, degree students, aspirants & the formation staff) went for a community picnic yesterday. They also had a monthly day of Recollection animated by Fr. Thomas Raju on Saturday.

Fr. Jose Richard, our Missionary from Uruguay will leave for his mission on Tuesday after the completion of his home holidays. Fr. Syam conducted Bible Quiz at Srisaila Matha Mission parish; he also animates the construction of the Community Hall with the help and the labour of the lay faithful of the parish as part of the preparation for its Silver Jubilee in December. The construction of the Church at Dasergudem II Mission Station is progressing well with the support of the lay faithful and the generous benefactors.

Fr. Wency, together with the Sacred Heart Ministries Team, conducted the First Friday healing service at our Lady of Snow Church at Rachol, Goa with the Holy Mass & the Eucharistic Adoration with the Word of God. Fr. Balaraju Sampathi, organised Bible Quiz in the Diocese of Warangal on the occasion of CRI Jubilee and many faithful as well as religious participated and benefited from it.

Fr. Tom Cassidy will visit our communities in Kerala this week along with Fr. Mahesh. Canonical Visits will be held in the following pastoral communities next week: Vempadu, APSSS, Ananthapalli, Allapalli-Gundala (Khammam) Missions & also a meeting with the Bishop of Khammam.
