Fr. Alex John leaves for Mission in Spain on Thursday, 16 October from Cochin airport . He will be engaged in mission with the migrants at Andalusia (Malaga). Fr Eduardo (Argentina) , our missionary from ICA, Macau had a good visit with our mission community at Kundra, Odisha and returned back to Macau

Canonical visits were held at Vempadu & Ananthapalli Mission stations. Visited the construction of the new Church at Dasergudem II mission station. Fr Bhaskar conducted a Quiz program for the Legion of Mary and distributed prizes at Sacred Heart parish; he also conducted chain rosary at Nambur Parish on the Feast of Our Lady of Rosary.

Fr. Tom Cassidy has visited our community at DVS, Aluva last week along with Fr Mahesh. Fr. Balaraj Kasipally has organised a day of Pilgrimage & Recollection to the English speaking community at St Jude’s Church, Kattur, Chennai. Fr. Jesu Prasad & Dn. Arun have organised various initiatives to promote the Rosary devotion at Allapalli-Gundala Mission Stations.

Fr Syam has animated the feast of Rosary solemnly to promote Marian Devotion at Srisaila Matha Mission Parish. Christu Dehon Jyothi Senior Aspirancy formation community at Assolna, Goa, organises one day Vocation Camp on 20 October to foster Vocation Awareness to the young. CDN brothers have semester exams till 18 October. Fourth year theologians have completed their final semester exams. Today onwards they will have preparatory holidays for comprehensive exams.

Our brothers at DVS, Aluva will have their degree exams starting from this week. Fr. Harish Barigala will begin his Mission as the Treasurer at Divine Mercy Home, Goa from Tomorrow. He will also collaborate with the Communication Sector in the District. Tomorrow canonical visit will be held at Allapalli-Gundala Missions & the meeting with the bishop of Khammam.
