- The Commission is appointed by the District Superior and the council.
- The Commission consists of four members: one co-ordinator and three members. They are appointed for three years. Their term of office will last until the end of the term of district superior.
- Commission members will meet once in two three months
- Beginning of the year Dehonian calendar will be distributed to all the confreres
- Christmas and New Year greeting cards will be sent to all
- Tee shirts, key chains, Crosses with symbols and mottos will be given the confreres at the time of Assembly and Chapter.
Purpose: To give all the necessary information of our Congregation and keep us all united.
